Dragonfly Meadowlark is a lyrical and moving novel that tells the story of two people who are brought together by tragedy and find love in the most unexpected of places.

After the sudden death of her husband, Lily Hayes retreats to her family's cabin in the remote wilderness of Maine. There, she meets Jack Walker, a gruff and solitary wildlife biologist who is struggling to come to terms with his own past.

As Lily and Jack spend more time together, they begin to heal each other's wounds. Lily helps Jack to open up and confront his grief, while Jack helps Lily to find a new sense of purpose in life.

But their newfound happiness is threatened when a dark secret from Jack's past comes to light. Lily must decide whether she can trust the man she loves, even if it means risking her own heart.
